We love our customers, and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you find that you would like to return an item, the return policy is as follows:
- Please contact us at email@example.com prior to shipping back any return item(s).
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and have the original tags.
- Returns cannot have stains of any kind (make-up, deodorant, etc)
- Items eligible for cash returns must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
- All sale items and accessories are final sale. No returns, no exchanges. No exceptions.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. A printed invoice should be included with all return item(s). Be sure to note your tracking number from your label for your personal records.
We cannot guarantee exchanges due to limited quantity of sizes for each style. If there is an item you cannot live without, we suggest that you purchase it. Store credit will be given for the original purchase and does not expire.
